Broken Pipe

This single story home in Moreno Valley California flooded after the connection pipe in the hallway bathroom broke and flooded the hallway, living room and kitchen. Pictured here is  the living room after the furnature was moved out of the damaged area. Many times a comp[lete "Pack-Out" would be performed in which all the belongings, furnature in the effected area will be removed from the home to a safe place until all work is completed. This helped to prevent further damage to the property and to allow the carpet to dry properly. In the after photo you see the carpet, carpet pad and several feet of drywall was removed. After three days of drying the reconstruction could begin to make it "Like it never even happened." The homeowner was thankful for our team's patience throughout the process.
