Broken Pipe

A connection pipe in the hallway bathroom in this single family home broke and caused water damage throughout the home. Pictured in here is the family room that connected to the bathroom and kitchen, which also suffered damage. The wood floor was badly damaged and starting to warp. SERVPRO of East Riverside came out right away to start the drying process. Thanks to this fast responce the drywall in living room and kitchen was saved and did not have to be removed. As seen in the after photo the wood floor in the living room, hallway and kitchen was removed leaving the customer thrilled and excited to put in new flooring.
