Water Heater Leak = Big damage

A Water heater began to leak while everyone was out. By the time the water was shut off the damage had spread to several rooms of this single story home in Moreno Valley. Thankfully a good friend suggested they call SERVPRO. We were on sight within hours to start the dry-out process. Carpet and laminate wood flooring needed to be removed to ensure proper dry-out and prevent mold growth. Here is just the living room of the home where the flooring was removed and drywall cut due to the moister. It will be a few days but soon this home will be back to normal and Like It Never Even Happened!
