Property Preservation Servicing

We have done inspections for PPS (property Preservation Servicing) for a few years all over the Riverside Country and surrounding areas. PPS makes sure that foreclosed homes are up to code before they are sold. As you can see some of these homes are in need of a lot of work. This home in Hemet had extensive mold damage due to leak in the ceiling. Here is the master bedroom here the ceiling started to collapse due to the damage. The damaged area was removed along with the carpet. The mold was treated and after the rebuild this house looks "Like it never even happened".
